Everything was great, unbeatable location close to lake, the staff were kind. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a multi-channel television, a sitting area and ironing facilities were a nice touch.

The property overall was fairly clean and delightful, had perfect staff and location. We loved sitting in the restaurant on 9th floor.

Everything was very clean, very good service, ideal location so close to Hoan Kiem Lake, night market. All of the staff was amiable and polite. Food was good, reasonably priced. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

The service was excellent and staff were funny. I got the superior queen room, it was immaculate and functional. This accommodation had a remote setting still close to everything. Liked The Note Coffee, it was close to the hotel and offered nice treats. The pool was amazing too.

This hotel is extra clean and very functional, has SECOND TO NONE service and location. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Madame Hien Restaurant, situated within 10 minutes walk or so.
